Good morning
How is everyone doing? Hope your summer is going well.
I have a question please.
I need to find out how often my sql server was rebooted
is there a way to know?

Thanks

Windows system event log tells you every day around noon that how long the machine is up running since last reboot.

last reboot is not what i need, it is however easy to get by executing systeminfo from cmd prompt
What i need to know is how many times server was rebooted

so for example: "How many time server YSKHU456DOM was rebooted in 2013?"

thanks

Unless you were regularly tracking such events I doubt there is any way to tell that after the fact. The Event logs are probably the best source as RM noted but only go back so far. After that I think you are out of luck.
