When we truncate the table does the indexes made on them exists in memory??Can we check whether they exist or no???

Truncating table cleans up index pages too, but index definitions are still in metadata. You can check them under table in ssms.

So they dont refer to addresess that contained the data before being truncated...or do they point to the addresses??

The only thing that remains of the indexes is the definition that lives in the meta data. All of the index pages and thus all of the pointers are deallocated which essentially means they are deleted and no longer visible or usable.
