Hello,

I support applications built on SQL 2005 and BizTalk 2006 R2.
This application moves an average of over 500K messages per day.
We recently implemented Kerberos authentication to take some of the authentication load off of our domain controllers.

Avg. CPU utilization before Kerberos was about 10-15%.
Avg. CPU utilization with Kerberos, but, no message traffic: 25-40%
Avg. CPU utilization with Kerberos and with message traffic: 45-70%

How can we find out how much of the CPU utilization on the SQL server is Kerberos or SSPI?

Thanks in advance,

DetRich

This would be related to your performance issue ..do have a Continous check on your SQL Server Performance
its storage space and a continuous defragmentation will improve your SQL Server performance
You can also check all these operation through a single platform also
have a look at this link
