Hey everyone, my name is Brian Yost and I am a Technical Recruiter over at STONE Resource Group. We are an IT Staffing company in the Atlanta area. My purpose in joining this group is to learn more about SQL and get to know more DBAs/Developers/Architects in our area. I had one big question for the group that I hoped you guys might be able to help me out with. I have found this same thing to be the case with .NET and Java Developers. Why is it so hard to find decent Mid-Level (3-6 years experience) SQL Developers? I have no problem at all finding senior guys with the traditional methods, but I have a lot of trouble finding mid level. Java and .NET is exactly the same way. Anyways, I wanted to throw that out to the group and see if anyone had any answers. I have a few ideas in mind, but would love to hear what you think. I look forward to learning and networking with you all in the future!
