Can't add domain account through SQL Server Configuration Manager

Hi,

  some times, when i create a user account (Domain account) to be used my SQL Server Services, this account does not start the services if i go through  SQL Server Configuration Manager.

When i put the account directly in the MMC Services console of the Windows, i can start the services of SQL Server with no problem.

If i then stop the service again (SQL Server Service) through SQL Server Configuration Manager and put the account user and password, it will let me start the service.  But only after i did it first by windows  MMC....

Why?

Did you just type in account or search domain ADs to find account? Need search ADs sometime, usually when sql has issue to talk to domain controller.
