Hi,

For the first time i am configuring a HP server with a team of NYCs.

what i want is that if one of the UTP cables goes down, the other can still function.

I have created the TEAM with two NYcs in my server.

How i will install SQL Server 2005 on it. Do i need to have any special care about this?

Or SQL Server will only see one vistual NYC?

If i disconnect one of the cables of my team, will the SQL Server still function?

Thank you

What does NYC mean? New York City? :-)

I meant NIC, not NYC

Doesn't matter, you need ip address for sql on public link.

Virtual sql resource needs its own ip address and sql cluster installation uses it, no matter you team NIC or not.
