Hi,

I have just migrated the current sql 2005 32 bits developer edition to sql 2005 64 bits developer edition.
Wonder whether there is anything I need to tune in term of memory to enable sql server to benefit from it.

Thanks &
Regards

SQL Server will automatically recognize all the memory available to it. You might want to set a MAX Memory to leave some for the OS or any other apps you may run on the server with it.
