When transfering the database to a new server, whether login and password will be transfered to?
Because, there are stored procedure which transfere the login and password in the new database.
But, should it be automaticaly, in one step?

Logins and passwords are stored in the master database not the individual user database. Users are stored in the user database but not logins. You must transfer them manually and if you are using sql auth you may also need to sync up the user to the login in the new server.
