I have updated table with update query, now i want to restore previous data. and i dont have back up.

then you're sunk. there are tools and services that can attempt to get it back from the transaction log but they are expensive and cannot guarantee results

should always make sure you have good backups

Even third party tools can't help if you never backup that db.

That is easy, you can use a data recovery software like Hodo data recovery.

if your recovery model on the data base is set to full, you can restore the database along side with a temporary name and stop replaying the logs before the update. you can then get a copy of the table from this db.
If you wrapped your update statement in a transaction eg.
Begin Tran with mark ‘Mytable update’
Update table Set column1 = 0 ;
Commit tran;
you can stop the restore exactly at the point before applying the update transaction.
