I used to use SQL Sentry on my former job, it was a good tool for checking and monitoring everything related to jobs, i recommend it if you have more than 20 jobs per server and you need to know which jobs were running or will run at specific time, also there are a lot of monitoring for jobs, like running by more or less time than the average, you can monitor with the performance monitor counters when a specific jobs is running, and a lot of job monitoring, it also has notification features, it's ability to link jobs is a good feature.
It's a good tool but be sure to have the requirements, and you'll need to set it up according to your needs (which can take you some time) You can ask for a demo version for one month (or ask the sales rep for more time), and check if this is the right tool for you.

In my personal experience in a 0 to 10 scale i'll give it a 8, 8.5

Hope this helps.

Regards.
