*************************FROM RS INSTALATION GUIDE ********************
1.11 Local Service is not supported for the ReportServer Windows service

Use of the Local Service account for the ReportServer Windows service is not supported. If you are installing a report server on a Windows XP or a Windows Server 2003 computer, you must choose another account to run the ReportServer Windows service.
**********************************************************************

I think this is the answer. I am running everything on the same machine. (Win 2k3, SQL, RS).
Seem that is not working. To run need another account, not a local one.
I am right?
