I installed the SQL Server 2005 onto a active/active clustered system including Reporting services 2005, but i got called when i failover saying the reports server not working, my question is that is the reporting services cluster working with cluster system ?

Also when you access reports, which one you should using , physical node or virtual node ? Like if the server name is AA and clustered virtual server name is BB, then :

http://AA/reports

or

http://BB/reports

which one supposed to use ?

Thanks.

Hi,

I did not install the RS 2005 on a cluster but I'm running a RS application installed on a cluster sql server.

Within the application users see the reportserver name as below,
http://clustername/ReportServer

But actually there are two report servers sharing the same db which is on the cluster sql server. And it is possible to reach them by calling them with node names.
http://nodeA/ReportServer
http://nodeB/ReportServer

But using the cluster name works fine.
