I got a query which runs 20 mins on one server A, and running 1 min an another server B. Database on Server A is refreshed from Server B. What parameters I should consider to improve on Server A.

I ran the execution plan on execution cost on server A is 60% vs 0% on another server. Also, I noticed bookmark lookup there in server B, but not there is Server A.

Thanks for the info. I created another database on Server A (which is a problem). I refresh the database and both databases are same now. Ran a query in New database and runs in less than a minute, old database still taking 20 mins. Now it conclude that server is configruation is not an issue. looks like I need to tune the database itself. I have no clue what to do. Thanks again for your help.
