hi, I have a question about T-sql

exec('use ['+@db_Name+'] update Account.Q6_Account set TaxCodeID=null where len(TaxCode)=0 and TaxCodeID=''99999999-9999-9999-9999-999999999999''');

that TaxCodeID is a GUID

what is that ''99999999-9999-9999-9999-999999999999''' meaning? is that mean if TaxCodeID is that illegal value ''99999999-9999-9999-9999-999999999999''' and len(TaxCode)=0 then set TaxCodeID=null
?

or is there any other meaning ?

The GUID depicted in not invalid. It can be interpreted as a GUID.
The programmer writing this routine thought the nines had a special meaning.
