I am real new to reporting services. Just setup two servers, one applicaton, second database. They both sit in their own domain, will call this RPTDOMAIN.
RPTDOMAIN has a one way trust back to the CORPDOMAIN (RPTDOMAIN trusts CORPDOMAIN). I created a local group on the reporting services app server and added some test accounts from CORPDOMAIN. When I try and connect to the reporting services server, via IE, I get prompt for login id and password. When I enter the CORPDOMAIN accounts, which have access to the reporting services server, the server will not allow access.
When I create local accounts on the reporting services server it allows connections.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
The local accounts on the reporing services server have [unknow] appended to the account when viewed via the Report Manager WEB interface. This is preventing me from sending any sort of mail.
