Dear all,

I have report services in SQL2005 (SP2) and create many subscriptions (sending by email).

Now I need to delete some subscriptions but getting error as follows:

An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. (rsInternalError) Get Online Help Only members of sysadmin role are allowed to update or delete jobs owned by a different login.

my login name as NT domain account with sysadmin right. Also I am the creater of those jobs.

I try to delete my account and recreate it. Also reboot server but still getting failed.

Any idea about it?

Thanks

Kevin

I saw it in the subscriptions/active subscriptions tables. However, when i delete it, it shows that no right to do so.

i have assigned sysadmin rights to such windows account and can login by QA.

Also, I try remove and added again (sysadmin right) but getting same error.

How can I do to fix it?

the report manger url is working now but just can't delete the subscriptions.

I can add the new one and delete it by another account.
