Hi
We are configuring Web Sychronization for Merge Replication between SQL Express client and SQL Server 2005. But Web Sync for Merge Replication can ONLY be bi-directional as seen below in the ExchangeType property that we use to set it.

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/li...etype.aspx

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/li...etype.aspx

We have a desperate need for UNIDIRECTIONAL Web Synchronization for Merge Replication (data sent from the server to the client and NOT vice-versa). Is it possible to achieve this and prevent client subscribers on SQL Express from writing to SQL Server 2005 in web sync for merge replication?

Thanks

You can try the Transaction Replication, which is the Unidirection.
