I need to find a way to take an input row of data and look it up four different ways in a lookup table. Can I do this with the Lookup transform or is there another way to do it?

You can call a stored proc to look it for you.

How would I write that? Do you have an example or can you point me to one?

I would need to stop the lookup once I found a match.

Yes you can use LOOKUP transformation. What is the issue using this?

Also you can use execute SQL task (exec sproc with variables passed as parms) and do conditional split on result.
