Hi,

I am new to SSRS 2005 and haven't done this type of project before and wonder if you could help me.

I have a Primary ServerA runs Reporting Service and I need to copy all
its folders to secondary serverB in case the primary serverA is failed. ServerA is installed only (SSRS 2005)
pointing to ServerC to access data (SQL 2005).

My primary task is simulated a failed over to ServerB. I was thinking
to copy the InetPub folder and Reporting Services directories on (ServerA) and replace onto ServerB, and hopefuly it works.
Any thoughs or sugestions how to do this would greatly appreciate.

Where is the ReportServer database located. It should have a backup plan. ReportServerTempdb need not be backed up.

For disaster recovery see: http://www.sqlservercentral.com/art...ices/1655/

Let us know how it works out.
