We plan to reinstall sql server 2005 on windows 2008 64 bit. We have some issues before when install reporting service.
For preparation I read from this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938245/ How to install and how to configure SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services on a computer that is running Windows Server 2008

it says: In Windows Server 2008, you must configure the Report Server Web service or Report Manager to use an application pool that runs under a domain user account. To do this, follow these steps:............

I remember the default uses network service account, so this account will not work? Do we have to use a domain account? From above statement, it sounds so.

Also we installed database engine on E drive instead of C, but for reporting service, do we have to install it on C?

Thanks
