I have data in a table like the following:

COL1 COL2 COL3 COL4 COL5 COL6 COL7
444 2005 8 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
REG 2005 NULL J NULL NULL REG
OT 2005 NULL J NULL NULL REG
VSH 2005 NULL J NULL NULL VSH
555 2005 9 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
REG 2005 NULL J NULL NULL REG
VSH 2005 NULL J NULL NULL VSH
777 2005 10 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
REG 2005 NULL J NULL NULL REG
BONUS 2005 NULL J NULL NULL REG
PREM 2005 NULL J NULL NULL VSH

I would like to have columns 3,5,6 populated with the data in row (444,555,777 for those columns). I would like it to be:

COL1 COL2 COL3 COL4 COL5 COL6 COL7
444 2005 8 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
REG 2005 8 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
OT 2005 8 J 202SF1 1061241 OT
VSH 2005 8 J 202SF1 1061241 VSH
555 2005 9 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
REG 2005 9 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
VSH 2005 9 J 202SF1 1061241 VSH
777 2005 10 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
REG 2005 10 J 202SF1 1061241 REG
BONUS 2005 10 J 202SF1 1061241 BONUS
PREM 2005 10 J 202SF1 1061241 PREM

Any help is appreciated. Thank you...

I don't see anything in the data that lets me know how the rows are grouped. For example, for the rows that have a value of '8' for COL3, how does one know that they are supposed to belong together? You can't say that they belong together because of their order, because the rows aren't stored in the table in any particular order. And I don't see anything that indicates that it would be possible to order the rows in the way you showed above. And I also don't see a primary key for this data, which makes the data impossible to update.
