I have run a query showing the execution plan and it shows 2 bookmark lookups, one at 79% and the other at 41%. How do i get rid of these and turn it into index seeks?

Also, what the syntax for forcing it to use an index hint.

Also there are two major table scans on two temporary tables - anyway of indexing these on the fly using index hints?

cheers

Agreeing with Andrew.

If this is a business critical query, covering index (INCLUDE non-key columns in index) will speed up the query. Downside though, it may slow down other queries. Hardly ever a free lunch in query optimization, only a compromise.
