I'm having problems with an SQL server.
The server is not evaluating a query right.
He uses an index that doesn't make any senses.
When I force the use of the index I want, the query take a few seconds...
when i let SQL decide the index...it take more than 3 minutes!!
I've tested the same query on another server with sql 7 same SP
and he evaluate the query correctly.

do you have any info or ideas on that?

a desperate DBA!
