Can anyone recommend a way to take the data contained in a table (Table A) of a database (Database A) and append it to another table (Table B) of another database (Database B)? By the way, both tables are designed the same (same columns, etc.). Thanks.

If the databases are on the same server you can simply use the syntax

Insert into Database A.Owner.Table A
select * from Database B.Owner.Table B

You can also use DTS. There is an option in the wizard to copy tables and then in the transformation options there is an option to append data to the table
