I've put this off for a month now but now i'm under the gun to remove "subscription/distribution" database from one server and redo it on a new server...

When I right click on the Publication database/"configure publishing.."..I see the distributor listed there.

1. But i think there's a command that I can run from QA to give me the same info Isnt there?

2. I can delete the publication by using : "Disable Publising". I want to replication on the Publisher database by removing its reference to the current Subscriber database .. Is "sp_dropsubscriber" the right command??

For #1, I think it's sp_helpserver. I can see "repl_distributor" row with the name of the distributor there.

What I'm looking for is this, actually ...

How can I DROP this DISTRIBUTOR? I want to have a new distributor/subscriber set up.
