Connect to Database using isql is failing with the following Errors:-

isql -d [<db name>] -U sa -P sa -n -i

DB-Library: Unable to connect: SQL Server is unavailable or does not exist. Unable to connect: SQL Server does not exist or network access denied.
Net-Library error 53: ConnectionOpen (Connect()).

Connection to Same Database VIA SQL Analyzer is succeeding
