I'm working with an application that uses a proprietary database. I've created a unique System DSN which I want to use to query the proprietary db from within SQL 2005 Management Studio. The ODBC driver for the db is 32bit. When I use the Start>Run %windir%\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe I can administer the ODBC driver and settings successfully but when I try to launch the Linked Server connection and query the database I see the following error message which I'm guessing is due to SQL not being able to make the connection to the 32 bit driver. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

"The test connection to the linked server failed."

An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)

Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "BINGO".
OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "BINGO" returned message "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified". (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 7303)
