I have a text file that includes as its row delimiter {NUL}{CR}{LF}, or Hex 00 0D 0A.

I know that the flat file connection manager has the ability to set a specific character row delimiter, but I can't get it to recognize the 00 portion of the delimiter.

I've tried using a script task to set a variable with the value as Chr(00) & Chr(13) & Chr(10), which should work, but I think it's tripping up on the last column. Since it's the last column, the "Column Delimiter" value is set to {CR}{LF} since it's the end of the record. How do I set that programmatically in the script?

Or, is there another (simpler) way around this, and I'm just forgetting something?

I assume the issue is with 00 . Please confirm.

Can you change it to something else prior to passing to SSIS?
