Could having 2005 express 32bit installed on the same server as 2005 std 64bit cause this message in event log? If not what would and what can I do to fix it. Currently it does that every few minutes and never uses more than 130MB of memory on either instance.

Source MSQLSERVER
Category (2)
Event ID 17890

A significant part of sql server process memory has been paged out. This may result in a performance degradation. Duration: 0 seconds. Working set (KB): 7800, committed (KB): 190720, memory utilization: 4%%

Thanks

8gigs, page file is 4 gigs, the 64bit is assigned 5 gigs and the 32bit express is assigned 1. Memory usage in perfmon is showing 115,104k, once it hits about 120MB it drops down to 8MB and then starts jumping back up to 120MB.

I am not running low on page file space, its not swapping that much. Even when it had it double the ram it had the same issue. What can I do to fix the current issue?

I was reading the sql server buffer manager object cache size. I multiplyed it by 8192 to get the usage.

It does have the lock pages in memory user rights, and one db is 1 gig and another is 4.2gigs.
