I,ve already installed sql server 6.5 and sql-server 2000 in the same server, but, i need to upgrade all databases from sql-server 6.5 to sql2000 using the upgrade wizard. Im trying to find the wizard but i didnt find and i,ve tried to use the swicth prompt command but its not working as well. How should i proceed?, where can i find this wizard?, should i install sql server 2000 again?

Tks a lot, Olavo.

Hi,

I had the same problem, but I could not find upgrade.exe.
I use a test box with winxp, sql65 and sql2k installed.
I executed vswitch, it placed "Microsoft SQL Server - switch", on Start > Programs.
the only option I have is switching from 2000 to 65. No upgrade wizard showed up and upgrade.exe does not exist on a directory called Upgrade. The directory Upgrade does not exist neither on SQL 65 directory struture nor on SQL 2k directory strucure.
Any idea?

thanks in advance
